1. Email shopen@jamaicabasket.com with your order number (its in the e-mails) to receive your return authorization. If item is defective or damaged in shipping, we require that you contact us within 1 week of delivery and we will work with you quickly to resolve the issue.

2. To cancel an order to get refund, please Email shopen@jamaicabasket.com with your order number (its in the e-mails) as soon as possible. If your order has not been shipped yet, we will immediately refund your payment. If your order has been shipped already, we will refund your payment as soon as we have received the item(s) back from you and processed them at our warehouse.

3. All refund recipients will receive an email confirmation for their records.
